Charlotte Garnell is a Los Angeles–based Set Decorator with a career spanning more than four decades across television and film. Her work is rooted in the belief that environments are more than background—they are active storytellers. Known for translating narrative into fully realized spaces, she creates layered, character-driven worlds that feel both visually compelling and emotionally authentic.

Best known for her 31 seasons on The Bold and the Beautiful, Charlotte has decorated everything from refined contemporary interiors to high-impact, large-scale environments—all under the fast pace of daily production.
